About Claudia
I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Stourport-on-Severn, and I work with individuals and couples locally in the West Midlands and globally online. I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
I specialise in helping clients explore and resolve past experiences that may be contributing to the way they are feeling right now. From that, we can develop a clear plan for getting you from where you are now to where you would like to be. My approach is always solution focused and I use a mix of solution focused brief therapy, CBT techniques and phenomenological therapy to achieve lasting change.
Issues I can help with include changing negative thoughts or behaviours, life skills, personal development and relationship at home and at work. I am currently working towards a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and specialise in ASD, ADHD, domestic abuse, ongoing traumatic stress and personality disorders.
I have several years’ experience working with mental health, autism and ADHD.
I work within the BACP and BPS ethical guidelines and The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and I receive regular supervision. Furthermore, I seek out continued professional development in accordance with the BPS Code of Practice.
