We offer a variety of different therapies and each session is tailormade to your individual needs:
Counselling
Talk to a trained professional about your feelings and concerns in a safe space where everything you say remains confidential. This might be relating to difficult events in your life, relationships or work. A counsellor will not give you advice or solve your problems for you. They will listen to your story, and help you gain clarity on the situation and make positive changes in your life. Issues we can help with include abuse, ADHD, anxiety, ASD, dementia, depression, eating disorders, emotional distress, loneliness, loss, OCD, aging, PTSD and OTRS, self-esteem and trauma.
Coaching
Receive support in clarifying your goals and the steps you need to take to get from where you are to where you want to be / living your most fulfilled life. Coaching can lead to increased self-awareness and greater self-efficacy by exploring and building on your existing strengths. It is a collaborative process which aids you in making the necessary changes to build the life you want for yourself. Coaching can help with changing negative thoughts or behaviours, as well as with career development or changes, life skills, personal development, and relationships at home and at work.
Integrative approach
This technique combines coaching with counselling because in order to move forward sometimes we have to look back. Issues from the past may remain unresolved and this can affect the choices we make in the present and how we behave when trying to create our future. Together we can explore the root cause of an issue and find ways to resolve / dissolve it to allow you to move forward into the future that you want.
