I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I specialise in helping clients explore and resolve past experiences that may be contributing to the way they are feeling right now. From that, we can develop a clear plan for getting you from where you are now to where you would like to be. My approach is always solution focused and I use a mix of solution focused brief therapy, CBT techniques and phenomenological therapy to achieve lasting change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Issues I can help with include changing negative thoughts or behaviours, life skills, personal development and relationship at home and at work. I am currently working towards a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and specialise in ASD, ADHD, domestic abuse, ongoing traumatic stress and personality disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have several years\u2019 experience working with&nbsp;mental health, autism and ADHD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I work within the BACP and BPS ethical guidelines and The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and I receive regular supervision.
